Detox addict...

Because I love healthy food and because there are simple solutions to our busy lives, here are a few ideas.

I will soon move to Paris, while trying to find the right yoga & pilates center, I was pleased to see that there were quite a nice choice o take-outs and restaurants specialized in detox and healthy eating, which sounds like a good start.
